Our team comes from the HVAC, home repair, property management, and remodel background and every summer we do countless repairs on water damaged sheetrock, cabinets, and floors caused by the HVAC pan over flowing in the attic due to algae blocking the drain line. We currently offer the service of clearing your drain line and installing our product to prevent this very expensive and avoidable problem.

In the old days home owners had to crawl into the attic, make their way past the insulation, spiders, and junk find the HVAC condensate line and pour 1/4 cup of vinegar into the line, then they had to do it again and again every 6 weeks forever in order to maintain the drain line and insure that they would not have a leak. Welcome to not having to do that! We provide and install the AC Clog Stopper in your attic for you, we start by clearing your existing drain line to ensure that we are starting with a clean line, we then connect the AC Clog Stopper to your drain line and to 1 gallon of vinegar. We then schedule your intervals based on your hvac system, maintenance schedule and climate conditions. typically home owners will get 2 years of Drain line maintenance per 1 gallon of vinegar without ever going in the attic.
